Big Fine (Aplomb Lifestyle) + Frann Fatale (SheWolf Sacred) invite you to join us at The Newport Theater for a weekend of mystery, seduction, + enchantment.
The Veil Between is a unique event that explores the embrace of paradox, subversion of binary, + transcendence of duality.
In this two night immersive experience, audience + performers are encouraged to connect as the lines are blurred between creator + muse, control + surrender, dreamer + dream, separation + oneness. With you (precious audience member) as our witness, the artists explore the primal essence of existence — raw, untamed, + unfiltered — through the performance arts of burlesque, pole, kink, poetry, song + flow.
What might you discover if your instincts roamed free?
Who would you be, + who would you become, unshackled from the constraints of expectation?
Visualize the black light draped in ethereal silk, wrapping around the shadows like an embrace, capturing luminescence in a honey jar—a sacred alchemy of sensation + spirit. Here, we dance at the intersection of the Divine Masculine + Divine Feminine, entwining their energies within a singular being, a tapestry woven from the very fabric of duality.
What joy + risk lie in this enchanting entanglement, in the audacious play of embodying both sides?
We dare to immerse ourselves in the exquisite tension of surrender and mastery, to question if we truly can inhabit both spectrums, not as dichotomies but as a harmonious whole.
Let us ponder together: What does this dual existence feel like? What are its sounds, its scents, its colors? What meaning emerges when the veil lifts, or when the curtains are drawn wide open?

I have always been eclectic, eccentric, uncommon, unconventional, bizarre, an oddity... An Enigma amongst the normality. My Essences has alway been the same EXTRAORDINARY, CELESTIAL AND NOSTALGIC. My AESTHETIC is always and will always be ME. I create & envision beauty with my thoughts and actions from people to the places I visit all around this world. where there is no beauty... Create beauty! And I will come join you as we paint the world with Mystery and Compassion.
Frann Fatale (she/they) is the feral housewife that will burn your dinner then your bed. Her solo burlyQ debut was in 2021, after participating in Gaea Lady’s Pvssy Magic transformation through burlesque program. Before that, she shook a wing for a good thing with The Fly Honey Show — femme powered, queer punk, communal cabaret — since 2013. She also brings 25+ years of dance/movement experience to the stage + believes in the power of being seen. Exploring the tantalizing intersections of burlesque, flow arts, + kink, her work finds the soulful embodiment of intimate alchemy. She traverses the paradoxes between sacred + profane, shadow + light, desire + fulfillment. Currently based in Chicago, she has performed at Untitled Supper Club, The Newport Theater, Elastic Arts, Epiphany Center for the Arts, Eco Collective, Transamoeba Studios, The Art of Balance, The Ace Hotel, + Between the Trees Festival. She is also the co-producer of PussyWolf with Gaea Lady – since 2021 + The Veil Between with Big Fine; both diverse community performance projects with therapeutic + transformational natures.
