Testimonials

It was great to be a part of the SheWolf experience! More than just beautiful and entertaining to witness, the stories spark connections and awareness and I am so glad to have made some therapeutic quality time with my dad and sister out of it as well. Performance therapy to me is similar to a yoga class where if one person is in a beautiful forearm balance we all are. When the performers on stage express themselves and move their bodies we are moving that way too and benefit in gentle yet powerful ways. The day after the performance my body felt super open and I wasn’t surprised when my dad told me he slept in until noon without as much as stirring because it had touched on a part of his subconscious. Bravo SheWolves!!! Aaaaoooo

The SheWolf Open Call event came right in time. The sun had been blocked off for days, my energy was low, and my schedule was overwhelmed. I had wanted to join in a SheWolf workshop since I first met Julie at the Serenity Base Fest. I felt a strong pull to be connected to other women and nonbinaries through dance and movement, through expression and play. SheWolf felt like a wonderful space to explore that. In the Open Call, I was able to instantly relax, to breathe, to drop into my body with the lovely humans around me. The choreographers were compassionate, the dancers were compassionate. I didn’t expect to learn more about Belly dance, Indian classical dance, and modern dance all in one setting. I didn’t expect to feel so open to these somewhat new forms, to experience the kindness and giving of the choreographers, to allow myself to stumble with joy and glide with humility. I look forward to more SheWolf experiences, for more of this divine feminine connection.

SheWOLF has been the most exotic and exquisite manifestation I have experienced that opens the power to connect with our sacred Feminine Energy, and our unlimited divinity of us as women, as Creators.

Her founder, Julie Brannen is creating a space that it is vital to enhance our feminine energy, and yet, recognizing our masculine energy, that we all humans have within us.
It is pure, and raw just as our Mother Earth is, always evolving.

I highly recommend it to everyone, your heart will transform after you experience it.
Congratulations and THANK YOU for creating SheWOLF. <3

SheWolf was the most amazing performance I’ve yet to witness! The passion and creativity radiating off all the performers created a field of strength, beauty, empowerment and primal nature all to embrace as the divine feminine soars with majestic magick! A spectacle of a life time!!! Love to all my sisters, old and new.

I had the pleasure of participating in the SheWolf open call process. This experience was truly revitalizing for me. Dance has always held a really special place in my soul, but I haven’t danced as a part of a group in a long time. However, I found the process at SheWolf to be so incredibly warm and inclusive. The choreographers truly want to work with anyone who feels called to the mission and vision of SheWolf. That made me feel right at home immediately. I left the open call with an open heart.

Not at all! We welcome all experience levels. Some folks have danced professionally, some are former dancers, and some are first time movers.

Definitely. Although we center those who are marginalized (women, LGTBGQ+, BIPOC), we welcome all who want to get in touch with their Divine Feminine energy, that is regardless of gender expression.

Do I have to be religious to participate?

No, we do not follow any dogmatic beliefs or rigid structures of religious practices. The term “sacred” is used to include all definitions of spirituality + is open to personal interpretation. Our focus is to honor each unique expression + understanding of a greater or higher power.
